You'll be amazed at what a great workout you can get from a seated position!
This full-body workout starts with a 10-minute warmup and ends with a thorough stretch. Modifications are given to make this class appropriate for beginners and more advanced participants. All exercises are demonstrated in a chair, however, some may be done from a standing position if preferred. This is a 1-hour class and is offered Mondays and Fridays from 11:15 - 12:15.
You will require dumbells and a resistance band to participate. Occasionally other equipment such as an inflatable ball or "gliders" are incorporated to add variety to the exercises. A sturdy chair without arms is recommended.
