Meghan is a passionate professional who has dedicated over 20 years to helping people overcome obstacles to become their best selves. She has been working in the health field since her graduation from the Shiatsu School of Canada (now the AIM institute) in 1999. After seeing the benefits of exercise in her own life in dealing with chronic pain, Meghan decided she could help her clients even more with the addition of personal training services.
Known for her calm demeanor and excellent listening skills, Meghan assists people with a variety of challenges to define their goals and set them up for success with a personalized health plan. She consistently looks for ways to improve her skills to further support her clients and to be a positive influence in their lives.

Meghan has been working as a trainer and fitness instructor in the Newmarket area since 2010 serving clients with conditions such as spina bifida, Parkinson's, depression, polymyalgia, diabetes, osteoporosis, aphasia, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, COPD, stroke, and more.
